As a coach and methods expert, I work with individuals and teams to help them take on and fulfill their responsibilities in product development more effectively. This enables them to become more effective, efficient, and predictable in delivering value to their customers.
Coaching and consulting are different services, and I intentionally switch between them depending on the context:
- As a coach, I help clients unlock and use their existing potential - without interfering or influencing their process of self-organization.
- As a methods expert, I advise teams and organizations on how to apply concrete tools like Scrum or Kanban and offer guidance on setting up and optimizing processes to improve value delivery.
Working with Individuals
When working with individuals, the goal is to help them grow into their role or responsibilities more effectively. We build on existing knowledge and experience and develop it further to achieve measurably better outcomes.

Supporting Teams
When working with teams, the focus isn’t on individual roles, but on achieving the team’s shared goal - usually optimizing value delivery for their customers. I support teams in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvements - often through team assessments or retrospectives.
I use agile frameworks and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and Team Topologies - along with my experience as a systemic coach - to establish lasting, sustainable change, rather than just applying a new method.
