My Book
There are plenty of great books on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and the like. What I always felt was missing, though, was a practical, hands-on book that shows how these elements work together in real-life product development.
So a few years ago, I decided to write one myself - and was fortunate enough to have it published by Pearson as part of the Professional Scrum Series.
The Professional Scrum Team
In 2020, after several years of work, I published the book The Professional Scrum Team together with my colleagues Uwe Schirmer and Kurt Bittner.
It was released by Pearson as part of the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Series.
In April 2021, I had the opportunity to speak in a Scrum.org webcast on The Power of Stories. You can find the recording and slides here: https://www.scrum.org/resources/power-stories
Scrum Pocket Guide (German Edition)
Translating the Scrum Pocket Guide by Gunther Verheyen was my first major editing project.
Of course, it’s not my book — but I still think it’s one of the best introductions to Scrum, and as co-translator, I do feel somewhat responsible for the German edition. 😉
You can order the German version (Scrum Taschenbuch) from Van Haren: Scrum Taschenbuch
